s there any other place on Earth that evokes an immediate sit-up-and-pay-attention response like New York City?  Now imagine standing outside on a private 1/2 floor balcony on the 25th floor of the Empire State Building overlooking the streaming and ever busy landscape of Manhattan—at dusk.

And if that word picture isn't potent enough, imagine an adorable fun happy couple who adore one another waiting for you to recover from the enormous stimulus that is the lower Manhattan skyline up close, 25 stories up and lit up like an unbelievable movie set.  

This is the picture I paint as I search for words to describe our extraordinary engagement session with Katie & Dave a couple weeks ago in Manhattan.  So forgive me if I seem over challenged because, well, you can't describe the beauty and mystique of this place with words.

Which is probably why Katie & Dave wanted us to capture their unique engagement session with our cameras vs. our blog.  And as you'll see below, these two just fit in a landscape know as New York City.

We actually spent two days in NYC with Katie & Dave and Amy & Luke for some marathon ESessions.  When we arrived, Katie & Dave graciously met all 4 of us for dinner at a great bistro very close to Times Square and it was obvious from the very first moments together they are amazing.  

They live in a very tall building that overlooks the Manhattan financial district and the Brooklyn Bridge, and it's where we started our ESession.  From there, all I can tell you is that I have no idea of where we went because Katie directed, and we pushed our shutter buttons.  Amazing.

Katie & Dave, thank you for being our tour guides for the entire weekend.  Thanks for opening yourselves and your amazing rooftop overlooking lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge to not only us for your ESession, but Amy & Luke as well.
