'm typically a glass half full kinda girl, so despite how you feel about the government and it's spending, Washington D.C still rocks the Cherry Blossoms in Spring. And no matter how many people pack in to experience it, you can always carve out your own little vignette of memories. 
We couldn't have ordered up a more perfect day to get to know this fabulous couple, especially this time around. Turns out, Justin almost proposed last Spring in this very place...he had the ring and everything. 

TeriBlair, on the other hand, was crowded, hot, and thirsty. The only proposal Justin ended up making was where to find a bottle of water...like quick!;) Apparently, Justin can keep a secret, so he waited till October, a much cooler month, and proposed to his dear TB.
