This just isn't possible; not even close.  

You see, we've known Becky ever since she's been a little girl missing multiple teeth and cute pig-tails.  And we've watched as she grew into becoming an amazingly diligent nursing student (who everyone adored) and subsequently becoming a nurse (BSN) in the United States Navy. And now, on this day, Becky's come into herself yet again to become a beautiful bride.  

So when she walked down the aisle with her "Daddy", keeping the lens still as we fought tears was probably harder then just letting them flow, but we had a job to do; capture her and Gavin's beautiful day with our cameras.  Fortunately for us, that wasn't "technically" difficult because she was stunning.  But I think going between being the friends (tears involved) and photogs (cameras involved) added a level of difficulty we're not typically accustomed to.  But there's no way we would have traded that honor for anything, ever.

We know Gavin is special too because of a couple things.  First, his commitment to our country as a Marine and second, because Becky loves him. And as we've gotten to know him (see their Engagement Session HERE), we've seen his love for Becky too.  

So here's to remembering the small, toothless, pig-tailed happy girl who now commences a new and important chapter with her man Gavin.  Blessings to you both!
