I am convinced there is a special place in God's heart (and heaven) for school teachers; I'm even more convinced of such for elementary school teachers. When Laurie & Michael sat down in our studio for the very first time, we fell in love with their spirits and heart for others - it's compelling.
And we always love the ESession because it gives us such introspect into our couples relationships, and last night was one of those opportunities to learn how these two roll, especially under pressure.
Pressure seems to bring out the "realness" in people - especially the rude pressure of numerous security guards swarming urging us to "leave the area, immediately" (just when we were in a "groove") could bring some to tears; not Laurie & Michael. In fact, Laurie wanted to know if they could get a pic of the security guards putting them in cuffs; a question we quickly learned was not as entertaining to them as it was to us (and yes, before you ask - I got permission to shoot at this epic "end-of-times" location; evidently the memo wasn't forwarded to these happy guys / gals). And at this point, I don't think invites to the wedding will be forthcoming to any of them!
Laurie & Michael, we told you it would be a blast. At least you know this will always be your spot and have much to remissness about your ESession.
So, here are just a few of our fun favs from your session... have a blast, I know I did.
