Overlooking the balcony at the train station, Grant and I chatted. We were a bit early, and having not met Rich or Michael previously, our eyes repeatedly scanned the faces of the crowd walking toward us. All of sudden, they waved and our introductions began with hugs. Of course it was then that i noticed Rich attempting to hide something in his shirt. 

"You're a Red Sox fan right?", Rich slyly pulled something wrapped in tissue paper from his shirt and pointed it in Grant's direction. Now anyone who knows Grant, KNOWS, that he is a die-hard Yankee fan, and for a split second i thought that Rich had somehow mistaken my husband's blue pinstriped passion for that nemesis Red team. 

Then came the reveal of a soft blue vintage looking cap, and as Grant picked his jaw up from the floor, he realized that these two had brought him an authentic Yankee cap purchased during none other than the most recent Yankee / Red Sox series. We all had a good laugh and added 100 'cool' bonus points to their account! 

And of course, when you have clients arrive bearing gifts...you know it's going to be a great session! 

Rich and Michael...we had a total blast with the two of you getting to know your personalities, and searching for that golden light. You're an amazing duo, with hearts as big as the moon, and we can't wait to shoot your wedding in October! Here are a few of our favs!
