There are days when the skies color themselves the most magnificent blue, clouds fluff themselves, temperature and humidity behaves, and I'm pretty sure the Blue Bird of happiness is flying around somewhere! This was the kind of wedding Day Kelly and Matt had dreamed of and it actually happened.

Now mind you, there were storms that brought gale force winds a few days before, and left with soggy grass, and when you're planning a ceremony on a yacht and a backyard reception this can be quite a challenge. Thankfully an awesome team of vendors like Nancy Rosen of Party Concepts, Jeff and team with Distinctive Event Rentals, Gary Allen Salon, the Captain and crew of The Virginia's Jewel, and Jon with Astro Entertainment pulled out all the stops, took those challenges and raised the bar. I also want to credit a few of their amazing friends; Glenna Cason - cake, Jan for the amazing florals, and catering was provided by Andreas. ;)
