e've known Christy and her family for a long time, and don't even ask how far back her Aunt Connie and I go. ;) So while it was extra special to be the wedding photographers for friends... it was even more special to meet the man of Christy's dreams... Matt.  We meet a lot of couples, but these two have such a special connection and you know immediately they are each other's best friend. They've built their relationship around God, music and lots and lots of laughter which made for awesome pictures on their wedding day.

Not that Christy could ever take a bad picture, but the day of her wedding, I'm pretty sure she glowed from the inside,  the outside and it lit up every place she went.  It's easy to see why Matt loves her, she makes him smile and laugh, and the dude is a pretty phenominal musician / songwriter all by himself.

And the newly renovated Omni Hotel in Newport News was a fantastic backdrop for their wedding reception; we had a blast these guys.
