Shannon and Derrik met in college...Boston University to be eact. So when we talked about where they might like to have us shoot their engagement session...they really only had one request... "something with a feel of downtown Boston". Shockoe Bottom in downtown Richmond seemed to be the best match so that's where we met on a chilly overcast afternoon last week. I was concerned it might be too cool for them...but they just shrugged it off as Bostonians do and braved the weather. ;) We started off at the train station and moved on to the streets and had a blast just following them around paparazzi style. In the beginning, Shannan couldn't decide if she should use her serious face or a smile...but Derrik took care of that, since all he had to do was look her way and she was all grins. And speaking of grins...notice their great smiles?...well you outta...since their both Dentists! ;)
