Mother's intuition? ...it really does exist and it was in full form the day that Janelle was introduced to Joel. Now to backtrack a few years ago, Janelle decided on a whim, to make a bold move to a new city having no place to live, no job, and no friends. And did I mention, no BANK? Everyone needs a bank, right? And that's just what she and her mom set out to find that day. There were two choices up for grabs and Bank of America won the toss, so the two of them purposefully headed straight there, and found themselves face to face with the nicest, caring lady in all of banking! As the story of the gutsy girl's move to the big city unfolded...this lady couldn't help herself. The wheels began to turn...and the switch flipped to full-on matchmaking mode. She knew the 'perfect guy' who happened to work there,and no sooner had the thoughts been uttered, she was arranging a happy hour meeting the following week! A new bank AND a new beau? could it be? ;)
As the mom and daughter sauntered out of the bank doors that day,
intuition struck it's familiar head. Janelle's mom spoke in phrases..."I've got a good feeling about him", "you've GOT to meet him", "I believe the stars are alligned today!" And that's all it took really....well that and the actual date...which went swimmingly! and the rest was, as we say...meant to be!
