If you Google the phrase "opposites attract" you will probably see Tyler and Ryan's names listed first! ;) ;) ;) Tyler is easy to read...she's a bundle of energy, organized, expressive, assertive, knows eactly what she wants and how to get it. Tyler has looked forward to their engagement session for months now...we've discussed outfits, shoes, nerves, weather ...you name it and I've loved it!
Ryan is probably all those things and more on the inside...but completely calm and cool on the outside. I doubt many things rattle him. So it's accurate to say that getting his photo taken wasn't high on his list that day...but he loves Tyler from the depths of his being and knew this would make her happy. During their session, as we warmed up we noticed they weren't the 'touchy feely' type. Afterall, not every couple feels comfortable on a crowded busy street downtown, yet as we sat editing the past few days we noticed a connection that went beyond the touch of hands or the brush of two bodies walking slowly together. It was the type of gaze that goes straight through to the soul... it was in their eyes and it told us that they are totally confident in each other's love.
