We'll go ahead and call this lovely
wedding couple the "
we're-down-with-it" duo. For instance, their
Engagement Session was in
12 degree ice-cold windy weather; they agreed to anything we asked them to do for the sake of an amazing picture. Then, on their
wedding day, it was ominous and rainy most of the day, especially the part of the day we wanted to capture signature wedding pictures of them. But, it didn't stop Debbie (and Camden) from climbing out to the end of the slippery craggy rocks (DISCLOSURE: I told her it might be a little sketchy; she didn't care) at Rudee's Inlet to capture what I told them would be a sick picture. They trusted us and, well, you'll see.
We had talked for some time about nailing a killer sunset wedding photo of them out on the docks at The Water Table, but the mean rain started well before sunset. But
"we're-down-with-it" Debbie agreed to walk out, in her
wedding dress, in the cold rain and pose under an umbrella for a picture I promised would be better than any sunset picture. She trusted us (and even sweet-talked her new husband into it), and when that happens for us, magic happens.
Thanks Debbie and Camden for your trust. Hopefully your wedding pictures (some of our favorites below) prove it was worth it.
