The emotion on their faces was uncontainable...electric even, and as the words, " I can't wait to see him/her" were repeated over and over as they were getting ready...Liz and Bobby captured our hearts as they met one another along the sunny, fern-lined hallway of the Virginia Beach Hilton Oceanfront Hotel. She needed his embrace, his strength and his reminder before their ceremony, that everything would be ok. When life served up incredible trials for her family, Bobby was there...her constant source of calm and strength...her rock. And now,  more than ever, they needed one another  in this moment. 

And then just like that...they were married...to be followed by the most decadent reception, rich in color, texture and lighting that we've photographed all year! The energy was palpable as the room, packed with friends and loved ones, gathered to celebrate the new bride and groom. While the music played and the crowd swooned, the dance floor enveloped them in the most beautiful light...for the first dance of the rest of their lives.
