Engagement Sessions are in full swing right now, and nothing thrills us more than to shoot something out of the ordinary for a couple of lovebirds about to celebrate their wedding! Katie and Wally met us at her Grandmother's home on the beach on a chilly and windy day a couple weeks ago. After we finished what we could shoot at the ocean, we knew their session would not have been complete without a little trip on the back of that fun machine! And off they went...

One of the main reasons we strongly encourage Engagement Photo Sessions is to get to know our couples before their Wedding Day. These sessions are usually filled with a healthy mix of walking, talking and posing, Grant's ridiculous stories, and my eye rolling...and for some reason it works because our sessions are FILLED with laughter. We fell in love with Samantha and Carl during their wedding interview back in March, and then all over again during this session. They are a 'real-what-you-see-is-what-you-get' kind of couple and not only do WE LOVE THAT, but as you'll see, it makes for great photos! ;)

Carl and Samantha, thank you for being REAL, and for allowing us to see the many 'sides' of your love! Can't wait for January!

Kingsmill Wedding Photography | Kristin + Mark - Wedding Highlights

We are literally hoping on a plane to Vegas in 2 hours, for a shoot and a little celebrating of our recent 27th Anniversary, but not before posting Kristin & Mark's amazingly fabulous wedding at Kingsmill! It was one of those days that you could linger in, and wish for 48 hours. Kingsmill is the perfect setting for a Spring wedding with an outdoor ceremony...and it was one of those days that seemed perfect in every way. Kristin was stunning as she walked the aisle with her father to meet Mark, waiting to be her Forever. And after the photos were done, the celebrating began. And when I say celebrate...I mean CELEBRATE! That's apparently what happens when the Kambourians and the Galluccis get together, and that's not the half of it. It was so much fun to see Kristen and Mark surrounded by those that truly love them.

Now, I'm off to pack.... yikes!
