Need to re-schedule your event?
Do you need to re-schedule our professional services for your event? If so, not a problem; we'll do everything in our power to accommodate your new schedule.
Please keep in mind the sooner you provide us notice of this change the better (we frequently book events
well over a year in advance, so time truly is of the essence).
Re-Booking Fees
To help you understand the purpose of this policy, we must remind you that our professional photography services are
unique, and pre-planning client events takes place typically 12-18 months in advance. Cancellations
result in a
very difficult situation for us because:

We inevitably turned down other prospective clients who were interested in our services for the same day of your event, and
-
Finding new clients is exponentially more challenging and the likelihood of securing a substitute client is progressively less likely
as the number of days we have to re-advertise the opening shrinks (hence the reason we have a sliding scale for liquidated damages).
To defray a portion of the expense we incur due to the re-scheduling of events, depending on how much advance notice we receive,
a re-booking fee may be imposed (and immediately due upon written cancellation) according to the guideline below.

365-days or more before your event: $500.

Between 364 and 180-days before your event: $850.

Between 179 and 90-days before your event: $1,150.

Between 89 and zero-days before your event: $1,450.
In addition, depending on when your new event will take place, your event's
pricing may need to be adjusted according to the then prevailing prices as
listed on the GrantDeb.com Photographers website.
Special Equipment Leases/Rentals
If you made special arrangements with us to lease abnormally high-end photographic equipment not within our inventory,
any cancellation/re-leasing fees imposed by the vendor must unfortunately be added on to the fee schedule listed above.
In summary, assuming of course we have an open slot in our calendar to accommodate your new event date, we will bend over
backwards to shuffle things around in order to remain a part of your upcoming event. However, as mentioned above, the more
advance notice provided the better.
